Summary
Libertex Group is seeking a Motion Designer to join their in-house creative studio. The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating videos and animations, working closely with the creative director, copywriters, and account managers. Key skills required include 2-3 years of motion design experience, formal education in Arts or related field, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, English language skills to IELTS Level 5 or above, and a proactive approach. Additional preferred skills include 2D animation, basic camera and video studio equipment knowledge, batch render knowledge, solid Google Sheets/Docs skills, and previous trading industry experience. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in motion design or equivalent
- Formal education in Arts, Design, Digital Animation, Motion Graphics or in a related field
- Good knowledge on AE and all of its functions (motion design, pose-to-pose animation, composition, masking, etc.)
- Good knowledge on Adobe premiere (editing and colour grading), audition (audio mixing and sound design), Photoshop and Illustrator environments (the whole CS package)
- Good knowledge on 4D or other 3D modelling and animation software
- English language skills to IELTS Level 5 or above
- Proven creative background
- Ability to quickly βjuggleβ multiple projects with different magnitudes
- Good understanding of all marketing channels: social media, YouTube, Google display, offline channels, etc
Responsibilities
- Produce videos (ads and content) for many different channels
- Work on routine tasks such as renewing/updating of previously-produced videos, localization, batch-production, naming/tagging and exporting
- Help create concepts, storyboards and visual assets for ad campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- 2D animation on Adobe Animation, Toon Boom or similar
- Basic camera and video studio equipment knowledge (DSLR equipment)
- Basic vfx knowledge (chroma key, tracking, etc...)
- Batch render knowledge (Adobe Media Encoder, render farms, Dataclay templater)
- Solid Google Sheets/Docs skills
