Motion & Graphic Designer

Summary

The job is for a Motion & Graphic Designer at Leadtech, a digital business company in Spain. The role involves creating video marketing campaigns, collaborating on internal projects, improving video quality, adapting videos for different languages, maintaining visual coherence, and continuously discovering new editing technologies.

Requirements

• Proven at least 2 years of work experience as a Video Animator / Editor
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects and compositing

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created
• Design and animate video marketing campaigns for Social Media
• Coordinate with the social media department to establish deadlines and goals
• Collaborate on animations for internal projects
• Improve video and sound quality using various video software
• Adapt video campaigns for different languages like Adobe After effects and Premiere
• Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to specifications
• Maintain a visual coherence in all materials made
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
• Design and produce 2D motion graphics for high volume video services

Preferred Qualifications

• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of marketing trends for social media is a plus
