Summary
Join ProSidian as a Motivational Keynote/Guest Speaker, delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences in the Education and Academia sector. This 1099 contract position, potentially converting to full-time employment, is primarily remote with travel within the South Central region, focusing on Human Capital Solutions. You will design and deliver presentations, engage with audiences, and collaborate with event teams. The ideal candidate possesses recognized subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and 5-10 years of relevant experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; advanced degree preferred depending on topic area
- 5–10 years of relevant speaking, industry, or subject experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field across the Motivation And Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline providing targeted content and insights tailored to Motivation And Personal Growth Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a General/Other Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling
- Ability to deliver value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants, often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages
- Expertise in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their respective areas of expertise. Ability to engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field
- Recognized subject matter expertise, excellent communication, and proven engagement outcomes
- Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) activities Motivation And Personal Growth Functional Area Activities
- Public speaking, storytelling, audience engagement, adaptability
- Emotional intelligence, strategic communication, cultural competence
- Availability for in-person and virtual events, flexibility in schedule, alignment with client objectives
Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful, purpose-driven motivational speaker sessions that engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences. Motivational speakers inspire action, resilience, and goal-setting by sharing powerful narratives and life lessons. Their focus is on energizing individuals to overcome obstacles and unlock their full potential. They often draw from personal experiences, behavioral psychology, and leadership principles
- Design and deliver presentations, customize content, engage with audience Q&A, and represent core themes aligned with motivational subject matter topics and themes
- Contribute to speaker bureau knowledge base and mentoring junior speakers
- Collaborate with event teams to align messaging and logistics for optimal audience impact
