Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in MQ in a senior role
  • Team focused: Must be a team player
  • Red Hat AMQ Experience is a plus - but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical escalation point for the team
  • Provide solutions to difficult and complex MQ problems
  • Discuss problems with technical staff
  • Explain complicated technical problems to senior management and customer in a concise and crisp fashion
  • Work with engineering on technical directions such as MQ road maps or MQ monitoring
  • Learn and lead in new technology, especially Ansible/automation
  • Work in a hands-on position that involves regular on-call rotation
