Requirements
- Clinical Training Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support
- Proximity to Travel Hubs: Located near a major airport (ORD) to support frequent national travel. Must be within 60-min drive
- Leadership Presence: Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption
- In-Person Agility : Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics and needs
- Operational Expertise: 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments
- Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience—whether working with hygienists or C-suite stakeholders
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping practices succeed, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption
Responsibilities
- Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet the practice’s goals and maturity level
- Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence during and immediately after training
- Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption
- Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success
- Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future trainings
- Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively surface blockers or risks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day
- Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals
