Requirements

• 6 years of relevant experience
• Must have Multifamily experience
• Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
• Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
• Able to work with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goal
• Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
• Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
• Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
• Relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, vendors, and building relationship networks
• Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
• Experience using Microsoft Access
• Skilled in SQL
• Skilled in Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day efforts to support the Business vision and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with various teams within the Business and Technology on system enhancements and integration
• Evaluate, manage, and report on risk of current assets, along with reviewing governance and controls routinely
• Lead team review of system progress and reporting system performance to key stakeholders
• Create an inclusive and productive environment and invest in the performance and development of the team
