Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets within the chain restaurant, hotel, and buying group sectors
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at chain restaurants, hotels, buying groups, and major industry stakeholders
- Manage key accounts within the chain restaurant and hotel sectors
- Facilitate the integration and partnership with buying groups, and work with the sales team to drive sales through buying group members
- Strategically target and secure entry into key buying groups
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to identify market opportunities and align sales strategies accordingly
- Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote and sell the companyβs products
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
- Achieve a minimum individual sales quota of $30 million through direct connection channels within a six-month period, separate from the overall company targets
