Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets within the chain restaurant, hotel, and buying group sectors
  • Continuously refine sales tactics and approaches to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at chain restaurants, hotels, buying groups, and major industry stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for these relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage key accounts within the chain restaurant and hotel sectors
  • Facilitate the integration and partnership with buying groups, and work with the sales team to drive sales through buying group members
  • Strategically target and secure entry into key buying groups
  • Develop and execute a plan to get the company recognized and accepted by relevant buying groups, leveraging industry knowledge and connections
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to identify market opportunities and align sales strategies accordingly
  • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote and sell the company’s products
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Identify new areas for growth and market penetration
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads
  • Network with industry professionals and stay updated on industry developments
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and adjustments to sales strategies
