Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Establish and lead the customer service team, train and mentor technicians
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge in refrigeration and cooking equipment, develop a comprehensive over-the-phone troubleshooting guide
  • Customer Service: Handle escalated customer service inquiries, expand the third-party service network
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Generate detailed service reports, collaborate with the engineering team in China
  • Travel & Training: Be prepared to travel for 1-2 months as needed to train new technicians
