Summary
Join our Sales and Revenue Operations team as a fully remote Analyst, based in Mexico or Central America. This role focuses on maintaining and improving sales, marketing, and revenue reporting, identifying opportunities to enhance data quality through system and process improvements within our Salesforce CRM. You will consolidate data from various systems, creating consistent datasets and visualizing data using Power BI. This position offers a fast-paced environment with visibility across the revenue organization and a clear path for advancement. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI for data visualization/reporting, with a focus on effective data storytelling to a non-technical sales/marketing audience
- Experience consolidating data from multiple/disparate systems into single, consistent datasets
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continually improve Traxβs sales, marketing, and revenue reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality through system/process enhancements, including changes to user processes in our systems of record, such as our Salesforce CRM
- Consolidate data from multiple/disparate systems into single, consistent datasets
- Generate your own lines of inquiry/hypotheses, and synthesize the results of those data inquiries into actionable recommendations for the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Prior experience in revenue operations, analyzing marketing and sales pipeline data and KPIs
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity for the business
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach
- Capacity to connect analytical work to broader business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
