Join our team as a NetSuite Principal Consultant and lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects for a key client. This remote role requires expertise in MFG and supply chain implementations. Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience or industry experience with high specialization in a specific industry and/or product vertical
- Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or a relevant field
- Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services, and general industry experience
- Experience leading and acting in a Solution Architect capacity across varying project sizes and complexity (small to enterprise-level implementations across different ERP platforms)
- At least 10-15+ end-to-end manufacturing-related NetSuite implementations and hands-on Technical/Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and act as a Solution Architect for full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects of varying sizes and complexities
- Translate complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs
- Handle solution delivery responsibilities across all project phases (discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment)
- Act as the highest level of escalation on functional issues within delivery teams
- Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements for system design and execution
- Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and business process discovery
- Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
- Collaborate with the in-house development team to implement custom solutions and develop clear Technical Design Documents
- Act proactively as a trusted client advocate, providing implementation and industry best practices
- Contribute to internal initiatives, including resource mentorship and ongoing education
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite certifications (NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation)
- Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk), and designing end-to-end solutions using these capabilities
- Experience with specialized NetSuite process areas and products (Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, and SuiteCommerce Advanced)
