Netsuite Principal Consultant

Summary

Join Beyond Cloud Consulting, an award-winning NetSuite Alliance Partner, as a Principal NetSuite Consultant. You will lead transformative change for clients, providing strategic direction and innovative solutions. This remote position, based in India, requires a 9-5pm EST work schedule. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, client engagement, solution architecture, team development, project management, testing and training, data migration and analysis, innovation, and client relationship management. The role demands a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of NetSuite experience, and excellent communication and project management skills. NetSuite certifications are preferred. Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance, MBA in Finance or related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
• Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services and/or industry specific experience
• Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the development and execution of NetSuite initiatives
• Collaborate with senior management to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for our NetSuite practice
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts
• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop tailored NetSuite solutions that drive tangible results
• Lead the design and implementation of complex NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, scalability, and sustainability
• Provide guidance on customization, integration, and optimization strategies to maximize the value of the NetSuite platform
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise in NetSuite
• Lead by example, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to elevate the capabilities of the team
• Lead implementation projects through all phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support
• Manage scope and requirements while ensuring projects remain within budget and allocated resources
• Lead configuration workshops and manage project activities
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Systems Interface Testing (SIT), and End User Training (EUT)
• Define data migration strategy and lead all data migration activities
• Perform gap analysis on business requirements, system design, and execution
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the NetSuite ecosystem
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop new methodologies, and contribute to the advancement of our NetSuite practice
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations
