Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, or 1+ years healthcare or healthcare related field
  • 1+ years of work experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Powerpoint (or Google suite equivalent)
  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity

Responsibilities

  • Assist and cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development
  • Develops trusting relationships with relevant internal/external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior team members to address provider inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and services
  • Document provider feedback and concerns to contribute to the improvement of processes and communication materials
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
