Summary

Join Oscar's Network team as a Network Coordinator and support membership growth and management by executing local network strategies. You will ensure providers have the necessary information and support to deliver excellent member care and quality outcomes. This role involves collaborating with senior network specialists, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to network adequacy reporting. The position is remote or hybrid, requiring at least two days in the NYC office if within commuting distance. Candidates must reside in one of the specified states. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive employee benefits.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (or Google suite equivalent)
  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience in a healthcare field
  • Experience in a customer support/customer service role
  • Experience negotiating contracts, specifically with ancillaries, facilities, specialty providers, and physician groups

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and/or execution of a network construction and support plan for a market or state with support from your manager
  • Meet defined metrics and SLAs including but not limited to provider issue resolution and/or contract completion
  • Support overall contracting negotiations including data entry, research, provider outreach, and/or other administrative tasks
  • Working with senior network specialists and management, support the Identification, sourcing, and/or contracting efforts with providers in a region
  • Document and share provider feedback, objections and questions to support the continuous improvement of templates and processes
  • Assist with regular reporting on network adequacy, construction, and improvement as required by management or Compliance
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
