Network Security Engineer

Summary

Join Brixio's expanding Cloudflare Professional Services team in the Philippines as a Network Security Engineer. Lead the technical configuration and deployment of Zero Trust solutions, collaborating with cybersecurity leads globally. This role involves working on client projects, ensuring successful implementation of Cloudflare's ZTNA, SWG, and SSE offerings. You will be at the heart of client projects, collaborating closely with cybersecurity leads in Dubai, Singapore, and France, and playing a critical role in ensuring successful implementation of Cloudflare’s ZTNA, SWG, and SSE offerings. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communications Engineering, or Information Security
• 5–8 years total experience in network security / IT security / cloud security
• 2+ years working directly on Zero Trust or SASE implementations
• Strong experience in: Firewall policy design
• DNS & proxy-level inspection
• IdP integration and IAM concepts
• VPN and network segmentation
• Strong hands-on experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust , ZTNA, DNS Gateway, or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP/HTTPS flows
• Excellent command of technical documentation and process writing
• Comfortable in client-facing engineering roles (calls, demos, post-sales)
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Cloudflare Zero Trust components
• Access control (ZTNA)
• Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
• WARP client & device posture rules
• DNS filtering and Gateway policies
• Argo Tunnel deployments
• Integrate Cloudflare with enterprise IdPs (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
• Collaborate with clients to define policy architecture and app segmentation
• Troubleshoot complex network access and policy issues
• Create and maintain configuration documentation, playbooks, and automation scripts
• Support Cloudflare onboarding and pre-sales engineering input , as needed
• Stay up to date on SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust trends in the market

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP Security, PCNSE (Palo Alto), Fortinet NSE 4–7, CompTIA Security+
• Cloudflare or SSE/SASE-related training is a strong asset
• Has worked for or with companies like: Trend Micro, Palo Alto, Fortinet, ePLDT, KPMG Cyber, Globe Business, Accenture, Cloudflare partner/MSP
