Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited doctoral program
- An equivalent combination of experience, supervision or, training will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Experience in conducting testing virtually
- Have a passion for helping improve the lives of youth and their families
- Familiarity with online web-based applications
- Experience working in virtual office situation
- Solid reading and writing skills in English
- Possess effective therapeutic communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work with youth, ranging from young children to young adults, and their families by providing neuropsychological evaluations
- Interpret a wide variety of psychological / neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional administration of tests
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the use and interpretation of neuropsychological tests
- Supervise and oversee the work of the patient’s assigned psychometrist
- Collaborate with the patient's care team (psychiatrist, care manager, and/or mental health wellness coach) on their care plan
- Have proven results in working with others
- Be comfortable with analytics, detail-oriented, and process-focused
- Comfortable completing virtual sessions, asynchronously or synchronously
- Team-oriented, high energy and driven for results
Preferred Qualifications
- One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
- Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
- Licensed in California or New York preferred
- PSYPACT authorization also preferred
