Summary

The job is a full-time remote position as the NFT Ecosystem Lead at Phi Labs for the Archway Ecosystem. The role involves creating and growing an NFT ecosystem, with a focus on defining the NFT vision, launching and maintaining captivating NFT collections, and engaging communities in creative ways.

Requirements

• Proven record of contributions to launching and maintaining NFT collections
• Worked with different blockchains to launch NFT Collections
• Basic understanding of smart contracts, dynamic NFTs, and decentralized applications (dApps)
• Ability to translate user needs, degen mindset, cultural NFT insights, and business requirements into growing the community driven NFT ecosystem
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Highly connected with high-value individuals from diverse NFT ecosystems and blockchains
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work with design, marketing, product managers, external agencies, and other stakeholders
• Ability to present ideas and strategies clearly and inspirational to stakeholders
