Night Customer Support Analyst

Summary

The job is for a remote customer support role in Alegra, targeting students of the last semesters of accounting, technicians, technologists or recent graduates who reside in Venezuela. The role involves providing high-quality support to users of Alegra's tools and helping them maximize their use of the tool and grow their businesses.

Requirements

• Desirable experience: 6 months in customer service
• Study field: students of the last semesters of accounting, technicians, technologists or recent graduates
• Availability to work in rotating hours from 5:30 p.m to 2:30 a.m and 2:30 a.m to 8:00 a.m Colombia time
• Customer orientation, with a focus on offering the best service and memorable moments to the user
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Empathy
• Ability to give and receive feedback appropriately
• Analytical thinking
• Proactiveness in finding solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to Alegra users, helping them maximize the use of the tool and grow their businesses
• Deliver high-quality support with more than 92% satisfaction in service
• Implement ideas to continuously improve the process, keeping in mind updates to Alegra's product or service
• Lead with other teams to drive customer success
• Maintain a culture of continuous learning
• Achieve operational excellence
