Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in urology or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Associate's degree in nursing
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Registered Professional Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois
• Certification in Basic CPR
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey
• Coordinate appointments, tests, and treatments, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Work closely with urologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Urology Nursing (CURN) or Oncology Nursing (OCN)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
