Summary

Join Amaze Health, a virtual healthcare company, as a Nurse Practitioner in Puerto Rico. We offer concierge-style virtual care, partnering with patients to improve their health. This role will initially focus on supporting our growing Puerto Rican patient population but will also extend to patients across the United States. Amaze operates nationwide and will assist with obtaining licenses in other states. The position requires an active Nurse Practitioner license in Puerto Rico or the ability to obtain one quickly. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Requirements

• Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Puerto Rico or easily be able to obtain one
• Live in Puerto Rico, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Illinois or Colorado
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish
