Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Summary

Join our team as a 1099 contractor Telehealth Nurse Practitioner and make a difference closing care gaps! Work remotely, setting your own schedule with a minimum commitment of two full weekdays and 24 hours per week. You'll conduct telehealth visits, complete wellness exams, and handle Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well Child Visits. Experience in Internal or Family Medicine and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits is required. Earning potential is $600-$720 per day or $75-$90 per completed visit. Additional licenses in CA, TX, VA, OH, MO, or FL are preferred.

Requirements

• Active NP license in Indiana
• At least 1 year of experience in Internal or Family Medicine
• Experience completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience with Well Child Visits

Responsibilities

• See members remotely via telehealth
• Complete care gap closure visits and wellness exams
• Handle Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well Child Visits
• Use your working knowledge of: HEDIS
• Use your working knowledge of: Risk Adjustment
• Use your working knowledge of: STARs
• Use your working knowledge of: HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding
• Use your working knowledge of: ICD-10 + CPT II coding
• Use your working knowledge of: Medicare/Medicaid

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus if you’re licensed in any combo of CA, TX, VA, OH, MO, FL

Benefits
