Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license
• Have prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Hold active national Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
• Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Primary Care, Women’s Health or GYN within the last 5 years
• Demonstrate high level of proficiency and efficiency with technology

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth care to women experiencing menopause symptoms
• Make independent decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Possess multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses
