Join Tia's Virtual Care Team as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant! You will provide comprehensive virtual care to women, spanning gynecology and primary care. Responsibilities include synchronous telemedicine visits, answering patient questions via chat, and managing your inbox. You'll also collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the Tia care model and technology. This fully remote position requires an active NY NP license and at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience. Requirements

• Be a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of New York
• Have at least 2 years of post graduate clinical experience
• Have experience and a passion for delivering high quality integrated care via telemedicine and are highly tech savvy
• Possess deep clinical expertise in providing primary care and women’s health experience (at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience) including: STD screens, UTI & Vaginal infections consults, Pelvic Pain, Vaginal Bleeding, Birth Control counseling, annual exams and urgent care concerns (coughs, sore throat, abdominal pain, basic dermatological conditions) with an ability to take this brick and mortar experience and translate it to virtual delivery
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellence in Interpreting and act on clinical labs + ultrasound results
• Be willing to work evenings + weekends as needed by schedule
• Be authorized to work in the US and willing to be credentialed through major health systems and payers

Responsibilities

• See patients virtually and deliver comprehensive and integrative care spanning across gynecology and primary care services
• Provide virtual establishment of care visits
• Provide birth control and flu/cold consults
• Provide weight management and dermatology focused visits
• Answer patient questions via chat
• Manage your inbox for lab review, patient follow-ups and case consultations
• Shape the Tia care model and improve our technology tools
• Collaborate with our product & engineering teams to share insights and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a diverse background, a range of care experiences in different communities or various modalities
• Have formal professional training in the following areas: care delivery for women who have experienced trauma and care delivery for LGBTQ identified folks
• Have experience or formal training weaving integrative medicine practices into your care plan development
