Summary

The job is for a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Missouri or Indiana to work remotely conducting telehealth consultations for Medicare patients. The position offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to join a fast-growing telehealth team.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri OR Indiana
• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Telehealth, or Home Health
• Experience conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, Health Risk Assessments (HRAs), or Care Gap Assessments within the past two years
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in telehealth platforms and EMRs
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-2 coding. (experience with HCC coding. preferred)
• Familiarity with HEDIS. and STAR quality measures. is a big plus
• Available to start by September 23, 2024. or October 3, 2024. and commit to at least 16 hours per week
