Summary
Join Midi Health as a Contract Nurse Practitioner Recruiter for a 90–120 day contract (with potential for extension) to make a direct impact on a mission to transform care for women in midlife. This remote, flexible (40 hours/week max) position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners, specifically those with experience in women’s midlife health (perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, etc.). You will own full-cycle recruitment, source high-quality candidates, partner with internal teams, and meet/exceed recruiting metrics in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a startup or agency setting is preferred. Midi Health is seeking independent, 1099 contractors only.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) — all experience must be directly related to NP recruitment
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting environment
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close Nurse Practitioners, particularly those with experience in women’s midlife health (perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and deliver results
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Women's Health NPs, focusing on those experienced in midlife care, perimenopause, and menopause
- Source, screen, and close high-quality candidates in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
- Partner closely with internal teams to stay aligned on clinical priorities and geographic coverage
- Keep pipelines full, qualified, and ready to move—across multiple states
- Meet and exceed recruiting metrics in a role that demands agility, creativity, and speed
Preferred Qualifications
Prior recruiting experience in a startup or agency setting — you’re used to fast pace, shifting priorities, and high expectations
