Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as a Functional Architect or Business Analyst in Certinia OIM and Supply Chain Management
  • Proven expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in supporting end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to UAT

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop a comprehensive list of user stories and corresponding acceptance criteria based on client needs
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and system capabilities
  • Ensure alignment between user stories and business objectives to facilitate a smooth implementation process
  • Support project leadership activities at 80% utilization until user story signoff is completed
  • Maintain 25% utilization during the build phase to provide functional oversight and support until User Acceptance Testing (UAT) begins
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs are met effectively
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Certinia OIM and Supply Chain Management implementations
  • Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM) solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations
  • Experience in leading enterprise-scale ERP or SCM implementations
