Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, PSA implementation, and solution design
• Deep expertise in Certinia PSA – configuration, optimization, and customization
• Strong understanding of project management, resource planning, time tracking, and financial processes within PSA
• Experience integrating Certinia PSA with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA development, including workflows, automation, and Apex customization
• Ability to lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and develop Certinia PSA solutions to optimize resource management, project tracking, and financial operations
• Lead end-to-end PSA implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices
• Customize PSA functionalities through declarative tools, workflows, and Apex development where needed
• Provide technical leadership, guiding best practices for PSA usage, data structure, and reporting
• Develop and document solution architectures, system integrations, and data migration strategies
• Work with Salesforce and Certinia applications, ensuring seamless integrations across platforms
• Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Certinia PSA
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive business efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Certinia OIM (Order & Inventory Management) is a plus
• Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows) is a plus
• Certifications in Certinia PSA, Salesforce, or related technologies
• Experience with multi-cloud integrations and API management
