Summary

Join a dynamic international environment as an On-boarding Manager, providing expert services remotely. The successful candidate will work with the Development team and participate in early-guidance meetings, drawing up statements, preparing presentations, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 3 years
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Experience in organising workshops with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of stakeholder relationship management practices and tools
• Excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Participate in early-guidance meetings with policy teams to understand their needs and provide digital-ready guidance
• Assist in drawing up Legislative Financial and Digital Statements and assessing their quality
• Prepare presentations, workshops, short reports on digital-ready policymaking
• Manage stakeholder relationships – involving close coordination with the IT and policy teams - aiming at promoting the uptake of digital-ready policymaking
• Involvement in the digital-ready policymaking team’s legal semantic activities that explores the use of AI support as well
