Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Compliance/Onboarding and within a regulated company
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or AML Certification preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably an additional European language

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day KYC/KYB processes across Token.io portfolio of clients and merchants
  • Undertake screening of individuals/legal entities on an ongoing basis, working hits or discounting false positives
  • Collect accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring all the required information and checks are captured and performed within the required timeframes set out by the company’s policies and procedures
  • Perform complex data analysis and evaluate high-risk clients based on a risk-based approach along with publicly available information, own research, and knowledge of the market
  • Synthesise and write risk assessment reports for wider consideration within the Company
  • Work independently and in a timely fashion to hit required deadlines
  • Escalate issues to senior management when necessary
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to assist and provide guidance regarding client onboarding
