Summary

Join Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup, as an Oncology Informatics Manager and play a crucial role in connecting cancer patients with suitable clinical trials. Based in Latin America and reporting to the Executive VP of Global Clinical Operations, you will be a vital member of the Clinical Operations Team. This role involves evaluating oncologic patients, utilizing the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), leading the case management team, generating reports, and ensuring quality work. You will also be responsible for patient follow-up and collaborating with diverse teams. This position requires a medical degree, at least two years of patient care and research experience, and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Medical degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in patient care and research
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is an additional advantage
  • Prepared to work flexible hours and go the extra mile as required
  • Deep understanding of various healthcare data types such as claims, EMR, and NGS testing, crucial for patient and disease identification
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiar with common applications
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Native, or C2 (CEFR) level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English
  • Proactive, passionate about client work and delivery quality, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven, and growth mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • No travel restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating oncologic patients
  • Utilizing our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for matching patients to appropriate clinical trials
  • Leading the case management team across the United States and internationally
  • Generating detailed reports on patient matching outcomes
  • Assessing and enhancing the quality of work performed by case managers
  • Patient follow-up via phone call, text or email
