Summary

Join Thyme Care, a cancer care navigation company, as a Oncology Nurse Navigator to transform the cancer care experience for patients and their loved ones. As a vital clinical resource, you'll conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, oversee member health, and facilitate end-of-life care discussions. Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required
• Compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license is required
• New York, Illinois and/or California licensure preferred
• At least 5 years of nursing experience is required
• 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing experience is required
• Oncology-related certifications such as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM) are required or obtained within 2 years of hire
