Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Education (Early Childhood)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in the field of Early Childhood Education
  • Be motivated by student success and passionate about online learning
  • Be a passionate and clear communicator
  • Have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence
  • Be proactive and organised
  • Thrive in a remote working environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by our partner academics and our learning design team
  • Facilitate learning activities that engage and support student learning
  • Undertake assessment tasks (including moderation, marking, and feedback) as well as processing and submitting results according to set timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a Masters of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Have experience in mentoring and placements
