Responsibilities

• Provide support across various domains: workplace, event operations, inventory & shipping, security, and other ongoing projects within the Operations department
• Engage with vendors to establish and sustain safe and healthy workplaces
• Partner with all departments to facilitate seamless operations across different locations
• Provide operational assistance for event logistics, ranging from planning and preparation to setup and breakdown, aimed at delivering exceptional client experiences
• Prepare and manage supplies, packaging inventory, and preparations for new location openings
• Support deliveries, and shipments across relevant departments
• Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, and company policies
• Uphold a client-centric approach by executing projects with precision, care, and safety, whether at our HQ offices or offsite event locations
• Display flexibility in your schedule and willingness to travel for events occurring outside of standard work hours, particularly during evenings and weekends
