Operations Graduate

Summary

Join our highly skilled team at Stansted Airport as an Operations Graduate, working directly with the Engineering Management and Shift Leader for a 2-year period to ensure the efficient operation of the Stansted Line. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the growing Aviation sector and gain exposure to day-to-day Engineering Line Operation.

Requirements

• Degree (2:1 or above, in an Engineering, Operations, or Business subject)
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of staff
• Computer literate, with experience utilising Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, Fluent English
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Review planned maintenance work, liaise with the Shift Leader and Management to allocate resource and provide progress updates
• Review maintenance delays, ensure reports are submitted and follow up activity (root cause analysis) carried out as appropriate
• Coordination of base husbandry checks, including tooling, vehicles, spares and infrastructure
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to advance the efficiency of the operation and morale of the Engineering staff
