Requirements
- Experience in operations, preferably in tech, marketplaces, logistics, or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to drive execution while maintaining high standards and operational rigor
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, engaged teams. Ability to make tough calls and lead through ambiguity
- Deep commitment to understanding and solving customer pain points
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage diverse audiences and influence outcomes
- Portuguese and English
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes that support business scalability and customer success
- Own critical workflows across service delivery, client support, and internal operations—driving efficiency, quality, and innovation
- Balance immediate execution needs with long-term infrastructure planning to enable sustainable growth
- Build and lead an operations team; define clear goals, drive accountability, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration
- Inspire and engage the team to perform at their best, even in the face of setbacks or ambiguity
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, creating a strong bench of future leaders
- Develop and evolve operational practices with the customer experience at the core
- Spend time in the field and in direct contact with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Commercial, and BizOps teams to align operations with strategic goals and initiatives and enable end-to-end execution
- Act as a strategic connector between functions to ensure speed, consistency, and clarity across all initiatives
- Define and monitor key operational KPIs; use data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement—driving performance, efficiency, and quality across all touchpoints
- Lead initiatives to professionalize, automate, or outsource operational components as needed
- Communicate clearly and intentionally across teams and levels—translating complex ideas into actionable plans
- Align internal stakeholders and promote operational clarity and focus across the organization
