Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily checks on newly installed cameras and adjust them to low bandwidth mode as necessary to optimize performance and data usage
  • Update and manage app and camera accesses for VIP clients and ensure that all modifications meet security standards and client needs
  • Perform regular audits of all accesses to ensure compliance with privacy policies and security protocols
  • Update and maintain the support team’s tracker daily. This includes logging escalations, high-risk issues, recurring problems, accesses granted, and invoicing issues
  • Use Zendesk and QuickBooks Online (QBO) to generate quotes for the sales team. Ensure that all quotes are accurate before sending it back to the sales team
  • Assist with other data entry tasks to support team operations

Preferred Qualifications

Administrative work experience is a plus

Benefits

  • Full-time status (40 hours per week)
  • Able to work during US Eastern time zone
  • Hourly rate of $3.00 - $3.50 USD
