Summary

Join Symmetrio as an Application Support Analyst for a fully remote, 6-12 month contract with a large government organization in Philadelphia, PA. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, application support, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and ERP system integrations
  • Strong knowledge of data migration processes, ensuring data accuracy and security
  • Proven expertise in system testing, UAT, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experience managing technical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Proficiency in configuring system connections and maintaining ERP environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions
  • Ability to design and deliver end-user training and create comprehensive documentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of a change management tool for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to automate code migration and reduce errors
  • Define project milestones, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Configure and maintain system connections across all ERP environments
  • Install, configure, and optimize system components, including the application database, central agent, and administration client
  • Develop and execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Provide hands-on training for system administrators and developers, while creating detailed technical documentation
  • Oversee the transition to production, ensuring a seamless rollout and post-implementation support
  • Conduct regular system health checks and implement process improvements to maintain optimal system performance

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with change management processes and tools, preferably Quest STAT or similar
