Oracle Retail Manager Consultant

Summary

A Senior Functional or Technical Consultant is needed to manage and deliver components of client engagements using the Oracle Retail Product Suite, focusing on implementations across Latin America. The role involves managing teams, conducting workshops, and supporting proposal development. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience are required, with fluency in English and technical domain knowledge for retail applications being mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience 10 + years
• English language fluency is mandatory
• Technical domain knowledge for retail applications
• Experienced functional or technical consultants in the Oracle Retail Product Suite (RMS, ReSa, RPM, ReIM, Alloc)
• Experience in Oracle Retail Suite including RMS with benefit of experience in other applications part of Oracle Retail portfolio
• Functional and business skills with experience developing and managing functional specifications
• Experience mentoring more junior members of the team
• Written and verbal presentation skills in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in projects for Retail transformation

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies
• Manage teams in defining business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Support elaboration or proposals for services during sales cycles for services, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
• Perform and conduct workshops and meetings to develop client solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical expertise on RMS, SQL, PL SQL, RIB, Java and RSB a plus
• Oracle knowledge
