Requirements

  • A graduate of an engineering or business school
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing retail projects and supervising teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail world and cash management/point-of-sale solutions
  • Successful experience on one of the POS solutions of the market (Cegid CBR/Y2, Oracle, Diebold, Openbravo, Toshiba, NCR, ...)
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of communication

Responsibilities

  • Work on point of Sale (POS) management solutions
  • Oversee strategic scoping (definition of priority axes, analysis, and management of costing)
  • Accompany the client in the expression and analysis of their needs
  • Analysis and auditing of retail processes
  • Managing retail solution implementation projects (ensuring project governance and coordination, monitoring project planning and costs, managing risks)
  • Supervision of consultant teams and coordinated the various actors involved in the projects
  • Managing customer relations and customer satisfaction
