Summary

The job is for a Program Director in VISEO's Digital Retail entity, responsible for managing POS solutions and strategic retail projects. The role requires 6+ years of experience in retail project management, knowledge of cash management/POS solutions, and excellent interpersonal skills. Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering or business school
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing retail projects and supervising teams
• In-depth knowledge of the retail world and cash management/point-of-sale solutions
• Successful experience on one of the POS solutions of the market (Cegid CBR/Y2, Oracle, Diebold, Openbravo, Toshiba, NCR, ...)
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel and work in demanding contexts regarding quality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of communication
• Comfortable working in international environments

Responsibilities

• Work on the point of Sale (POS) management solutions
• Oversee strategic retail projects, including scoping, client needs analysis, auditing of retail processes, project governance and coordination, monitoring project planning and costs, managing risks, supervising consultant teams, and customer relations
