Summary

Requirements
- Previous experience in order entry, inventory management, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company's order management system
- Review and verify customer information, product details, and order quantities
- Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- Manage the ordering process for apparel products, coordinating with suppliers and vendors
- Track inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to fulfill orders
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules
- Generate and process purchase orders for required products and supplies
- Monitor purchase order status and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and related documentation
- Prepare and provide accurate order quotes to customers based on their requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotes are competitive and align with company pricing strategies
- Address customer inquiries and provide product information as needed
- Create and send invoices to customers using QuickBooks accounting software
- Verify invoice accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues
- Track and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Oversee the entire order processing workflow, from order entry to shipment
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Address any order-related issues or delays and communicate with customers as needed
