Requirements
- Experience of supporting Energy sector or similar application portfolios
- Previous extensive experience as a Systems Engineer
- Experience of supporting Energy sector or similar application portfolios, with a knowledge of SQL, Oracle and necessary database interfaces
- Analytical skills
- Application interoperability, integration, data flows, functionality overlap
- Real-time data / PI knowledge/understanding
- Database knowledge
- Familiar with Agile & DevOps
Responsibilities
- Support and manage our customer’s portfolio of PI Systems
- Support a diverse portfolio of applications, including Real-Time asset information systems (primarily OSI PI)
- Liaise closely with vendors and keep them on track
- Reporting
- Understanding on Allocations, system configuration and performance, Production / Lost-production figures
Preferred Qualifications
Automation/scripting skills: csharp, Python
