OSP Engineers / OSP Permit Specialists

Join our team as we grow the Engineering department and hire for OSP Engineers and Permit Specialists. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in designing and implementing fiber optic networks, or experience in permitting with knowledge of industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, urban planning)
• A minimum of 2 years in either OSP Engineering or OSP Permitting
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NESC, NEC)
• Understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific theories, concepts, principles, and techniques

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing fiber optic networks
• Proficient in various OSP design architectures, particularly FTTH and FTTP
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools
• Ability to develop and resolve solutions to routine technical problems
• Ability to work on assigned projects and technical assignments without detailed instructions
