Blockchain.com is seeking a highly motivated OTC Crypto Derivatives Sales Trader to join their dynamic team, supporting a 24-7 over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency options flow operation. The role involves providing pricing & liquidity on OTC and exchange RFQs, growing a 24-7 option flow operation, using client-facing skills to drive new business, and more.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an options trader/sales-trader
• Solid broker-dealer background, comfortable with trading on a discretionary basis
• Exceptional understanding of derivatives portfolio & risk management
• Deep understanding of digital assets & the blockchain
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to trading
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions and handle high volumes of transactions
• Keen interest in staying updated with trends and news in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrencies
• Comfortable working flexible hours in coordination with our London and global teams

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing & liquidity on OTC and exchange RFQs
• Support and grow a 24-7 option flow operation
• Use in-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market to provide clients with actionable insights
• Leverage client-facing skills to drive new business and increase revenue generation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues globally to ensure smooth operation, consistent service and optimal trading conditions for clients
• Keep up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and technical advancements related to cryptocurrencies
