Responsibilities

• Utilize expert-level knowledge of the Open to Close platform to manage real estate transactions effectively

• Oversee and coordinate transactions from start to finish within the Open to Close system, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Focus solely on Open to Close tasks, maintaining a streamlined and efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and deadlines, keeping transactions on track
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction process, providing updates and addressing inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction coordination process, maintaining professionalism and efficiency
