Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management roles
• Understanding of trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain concepts
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the product discovery and definition process for a cross-functional squad consisting of engineers, data engineers, QA specialists, data intelligence analysts, and tech support personnel
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development
• Drive the strategic direction of product deliverables, focusing on validating customer needs and prioritizing features to align with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for innovation
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate validated product requirements into actionable user stories, focusing on strategic product management rather than delivery tasks
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity and experience with trading, back office, OTC, security or similar is a plus
