Outbound Customer Service Representative

Summary

Join Docketly, an appearance counsel provider, as a Support Specialist and contribute to our team by learning our processes for scheduling attorneys for hearings and providing excellent customer support. You will quickly learn business operations, make frequent calls, and meet or exceed set goals. Daily stand-up meetings are part of the team dynamic. This role requires a solutions-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, technical savviness, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We seek self-starters who are natural leaders and eager to grow with a scaling business. The starting pay is $12.00 per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Learn how we deliver scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
• Learn how the business operates quickly, and be able to make calls frequently. Portray our standards of customer support specialist
• Ability to meet or exceed specific set goals and metrics
• Daily stand-up meetings with the team
