Join Treatwell as an Outbound Sales Executive and play a key role in driving business growth in Belgium by acquiring new partners. Working remotely with the sales, marketing, and analytics teams, you will use a data-driven approach to prospect, build a pipeline, and acquire new business. You will bridge the gap between partners and software, gathering feedback to improve the product. This full-time/part-time role offers remote work within Belgium with occasional team meetings in Antwerp/Brussels. You will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities, running virtual demos, consulting on Treatwell plans, meeting sales targets, communicating with the Amsterdam team, and monitoring leads in Salesforce. Requirements
- Fluent Dutch & English speaker; French is a huge advantage
- Successful experience in a similar role (1 to 3 years of sales experience)
- Proven experience achieving targets and having an impact in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
- History of delivering in a 360 sales role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince from a distance
- Youβre ambitious, have a winning mentality and never settle for anything less than your personal best
- Autonomy and organizational skills, ability to manage several files in parallel
- You are proactive, take ownership of performance and take time to self-reflect
- You are a fast learner, challenge the norm, and are constantly developing yourself
Responsibilities
- Seeking new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, educating and closing new partners
- Running virtual demos of Treatwell with prospective new partners
- Consulting on different Treatwell plans to meet the needs of the partner
- Meeting personal monthly sales and activity targets
- Communicating with the teams in Amsterdam to ensure the smooth onboarding
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of leads and business opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce)
