Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B tech or platform or data/intelligence sales (inside sales or similar roles)
  • Proven ability to close deals in short- to mid-length sales cycles (2-4 weeks)
  • Strong understanding of value-based and consultative selling frameworks
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities in parallel
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end tech sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with a strong focus on short- to mid-cycle deals
  • Drive new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Conduct solution-oriented discovery calls with decision-makers in sourcing, trade, and strategy roles
  • Deliver ROI-driven demos that connect Tridge Eyeโ€™s intelligence with each prospectโ€™s business needs
  • Develop a pipeline of high-intent leads and manage deals using CRM tools
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoff and customer onboarding
  • Provide regular insights on local market dynamics and customer feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the agriculture, food, or trade sectors
  • Background in market research, analytics, or B2B intelligence solutions
  • Experience selling in emerging markets or cross-border trade environments
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup
