Summary
Join SunSource Mobile Technology Services, a leading North American distributor of fluid power and motion control products, as an outside sales representative. Based in Nashville, Memphis, or Little Rock, you will develop and execute sales plans, prospect for new business, and provide solutions to customers' equipment and operational needs. Collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales goals, utilizing CRM and other tools for efficient time and territory management. This role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and experience in fluid power components and solutions. Requirements
- Two- or 4-year Technical Diploma with preference given to engineering or fluid power programs, OR equivalent training and experience
- 2+ years industrial outside sales experience within Fluid Power components and solutions
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
- Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Overnight travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Work with your leadership to create a sales plan to develop a prospect list to maintain current and capture new business
- Full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
- Utilize your mobile hydraulic sales and product application experience to assist customers in finding solutions to their equipment and operation needs
- Collaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goals
- Utilization of resources and tools such as MS Outlook, MS Excel and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluid Power certification is a plus
- Experience selling Fluid Power solutions into OEM's is preferred
- Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems is preferred
