Join Rankin Inc.'s outside sales team as a highly motivated Sales Representative focused on customer success in the Mid-Atlantic region. Maintain existing customer relationships while actively seeking new opportunities. You will develop and implement territory marketing plans, utilize Salesforce for lead generation, and regularly visit construction sites and offices. Requirements
- Be highly self-motivated to build a new territory from the ground up
- Have 1-year previous sales experience
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Be able to work independently and with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory marketing plan
- Utilize Salesforce to seek out new sales leads and prospects
- Visit construction sites, offices, mechanical contractors daily
- Promote Rankin Core Values to current and new clients
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Provide a high level of customer service to current and new clients
- Work with the Rankin Team to achieve goals and exceed expectations
Preferred Qualifications
Have knowledge of the construction industry
